"Innovative library programs - user education and professional development of librarians"

On June 4 and 5, the International Library Conference on the topic "Innovative Library Programs - User Education and Professional Development of Librarians" was held in Bitola, organized by the National Library of Bulgaria "Kliment Ohridski". At the Conference, GBSK was represented by:

Alexandra Božinovska (librarian) presented the paper "The Role of Libraries in Active Use of Leisure Time";

Andrijana Apostolovska (advisor librarian) spoke on the topic "Librarians - a Key Segment in the Communication Channel" co-authored with Sanja Jovanova Petrov and Snezana Georgievska Cvetkovska;

Biljana Adzioska Pendzarova (senior librarian) was the moderator of the third session "Training and Professional Development of Librarians";

Librarians from Serbia and Montenegro participated in the conference in Bitola. Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as from several libraries in Macedonia
