Based on Article 13, paragraph 3 of the Law on Libraries and Article 22, paragraph 1, item 11 of the Statute of the Public Institution City Library “Brakja Miladinovci” – Skopje, N. Macedonia, the Board of Directors, at its session held on 29 September 2014, adopted the following decision to determine the fees for services at the Public Institution City Library “Brakja Miladinovci” – Skopje, N. Macedonia.
| 1 | Annual membership fee for adults and children in primary and secondary schools. | 300 MKD |
| 2 | Semi-annual membership fee for adults and high school students | 200 MKD |
| 3 | Annual membership fee for students up to grade IX | 150 MKD |
| 4 | Depreciation for the use of fiction, proofreading, professional and foreign literature | 15 MKD |
| 5 | Annual membership fee for collective enrollment for adults and legal entities | 150 MKD |
| 6 | Annual membership fee for collective enrollment of students up to grade IX | 100 MKD |
| 7 | Annual membership fee for collective enrollment of students up to grade IX in suburban areas | 50 MKD |
| 8 | Second membership fee for adults and high school students | 50 MKD |
| 9 | Second membership fee for students up to grade IX | 20 MKD |
| 10 | Annual membership fee for preschool children, for people with special needs, for people from socially disadvantaged families | free of charge |
| 11 | Annual Fee for the retired and Seniors (64+) | 250 MKD |
| 12 | Monthly membership fee for using the reading room | 100 MKD |
| 13 | Monthly membership fee for a child's daycare at the "Drugarche" play center | 500 MKD |
| 14 | Annual membership fee for an English language course | 7.000 MKD |
| 15 | For each day of delay after the 15-day amortization period | 2 MKD per day |
| 16 | Replacement of a lost membership card | 50 MKD |
| 17 | Organization of promotions up to 3 hours with library equipment | 3.000 MKD |
| 18 | Organization of seminars, lectures, workshops and other types of training in the library per hour | 600 MKD |
| 19 | Organization of seminars, lectures, workshops and other types of training in the library per working day (8 hours) 1 day | 2.500 MKD |
