The missing boy is found in the forest when everyone has already lost hope. Nikolin is twelve years old and seems to be doing well: someone has been feeding him, clothing him, taking care of him. But it is impossible to find out who, because Niko does not speak. His consciousness is like a house in total darkness, which, apparently, is impossible to enter.
